We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order.
However, it is possible that items may be temporarily unavailable from stock, so you should allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Shipping times for addresses outside the UK may be considerably longer due to factors beyond our control such as customs, local postal services, etc.
UK shipments will be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (depending on weight).
Overseas shipments will be sent by Air Mail.
Larger orders will usually be shipped via carrier such as DHL or UPS. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
We make every effort to dispatch goods in a timely manner, always package them securely and can guarantee that they will leave premises in perfect condition but we cannot accept liability for delays or damage caused whilst in transit, although we will make every effort to investigate and rectify any such problem if we receive notification that it has occurred.
